Just wanted to give you a little update about our Honeymoon trip to Hawaii.
First, the Wedding was amazing, everything was perfect.
The trip you planned for us was the most amazing trip, it was a million times more magical and perfect than I could have ever dreamed of! You set us up at a great resort, we had great service everywhere we went (we thought that they might have thought we were some sort of celebrities)!
We had the most amazing Ocean Front rooms, an awesome convertible and tasty champagne and strawberries! Thank you again for everything. We will send you some pictures!

I just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with bookings, transfers, commitment ceremony, dinners, flights etc. Everything went as planned. There was not one thing that we had to worry about or anything disappointing. It was indeed the trip of a lifetime, from the room accommodations to food to spa. Everything was "excelente" (as the staff at the resort repeatedly stated.)

I wanted to take a moment to commend Greg. Greg handles much of the travel for our company and has spent many, many hours, days and weeks successfully riding herd on the myriad, often complex and time-challenging requirements we put to him. Recently Karen Rosa, Vice-President of the Film & TV Unit and I travelled to England, and once again, presented Greg with complicated requests.
Greg, as usual, not only diligently and cheerfully managed to fulfill our desires but went above and beyond by anticipating things we didn’t even know we might need or want. He found us a nice hotel in a very good area that actually fit our non-profit budget (astounding!) made sure that we flew on an airline and at a time that allowed me to attach a visit to my 89 year-old mother onto the tail end of the business trip with very little increase in cost (now-a-days Astonishing!) and even arranged for transit passes for the two of us. Which, let me assure you, our ability to effectively get around London would have been hampered to say the least (who knew!?) - and which saved us money by allowing to get to the airport by Underground rather than expensive taxi (made us look good to headquarters, even if dragging our suitcases on that first set of stairs was not fun).
Greg is a joy to work with, a true professional, and a trusted and effective resource to all of us.

I just wanted to bring to your attention the truly exceptional service I've received from the wonderful Cecilia Reyes. For the past 2 years, my girlfriend and I have worked with Cecilia for our summer vacations, and both times, the arrangements she made proved to be absolutely perfect.
Since I am a web developer by trade and very much plugged into the high-tech world, I always assumed that I would stick with a website such as Orbitz or Priceline to book a vacation, as doing things 100% online is second nature to me. However, after comparing what I found on those websites to what Cecilia was able to offer in terms of price and professionalism, I am still sold on the concept of having professional human assistance for booking my trips.
While making the initial arrangements, I had a great deal of changes and different hotel & airfare combinations that I asked Cecilia to look for and she was extremely helpful in accommodating all of my requests, never once showing anything but dedication and a true desire to find us the best deal. On top of that, when we arrived in Maui last week, we were shocked and delighted to learn that Cecilia had managed to pull some strings to get us with an oceanfront room at the Sheraton, which we could have never afforded to experience on our own funds, and definitely not with an online aggregator. The trip ended up being a wonderful time and my girlfriend and I got engaged that week, so we are both grateful to Cecilia for making the experience even that much better.

Please accept my thanks and gratitude for an outstanding round-the-world tour, which was only made possible by the professionalism and the enormous amount of work done by the good folks at Platinum Travel. Absolutely everything went perfectly for the whole seven weeks. That includes, traveling with a group of 120 Pragerniks in 5 countries and on a cruise ship. All arrangements worked, which is a great compliment to both Platinum Travel and their tour operators. All the transfers worked flawlessly in Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Italy; the hotels were all excellent, the tour guides all outstanding, the train travel in Europe a triumph!
